Plain English summary: Use ContentAutoPilot for lawful professional purposes. You own your content. We provide the tool — you're responsible for reviewing and approving all outputs before use. Pay your subscription on time. Don't abuse the platform or try to resell it without permission.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ContentAutoPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. The service
ContentAutoPilot provides AI-powered content and documentation generation tools for professionals in specific industries including NDIS providers, real estate agents, and legal professionals. The platform generates text-based outputs using artificial intelligence based on information you provide.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and subscriptions
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must not share your account with others outside your subscription tier's user limit
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform
- One account per person — multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted
Free trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the platform. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access is suspended until a subscription plan is purchased.
4. Payment and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms
- You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by Australian Consumer Law
- Founding member pricing is locked for life — your rate will not increase as long as your subscription remains active
- Price changes for standard plans will be notified 30 days in advance
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ContentAutoPilot to:
- Generate content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent
- Produce content that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the platform
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the platform to third parties without our written consent
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
- Input sensitive participant data (full names, NDIS numbers, medical information) into generation forms
- Use the platform in a way that could harm the NDIS scheme or participants
6. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you input into the platform and all outputs generated for you. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to generate outputs on your behalf.
We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit written consent.
7. AI-generated outputs
Important: AI-generated content is produced by a language model and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all outputs before use in a professional, clinical, or legal context.

- You must review all generated content before submitting to the NDIS Commission, participants, or any other party
- We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or compliant with any specific regulatory requirement
- The platform is a documentation assistance tool, not a substitute for professional judgment
8. NDIS-specific terms
For NDIS providers using the NDIS DocAgent:
- You remain fully responsible for compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
- ContentAutoPilot is not registered with the NDIS Commission and does not provide clinical, therapeutic, or regulated support services
- Generated progress notes, incident reports, and other documents must be reviewed by a qualified staff member before submission or filing
- We strongly recommend that providers do not enter personally identifiable participant information into the platform
- Use of the platform does not guarantee audit readiness — providers must independently verify compliance
9. Intellectual property
ContentAutoPilot, its templates, design, code, and branding are owned by InfoSys Solutions USA LLC. All rights reserved.
You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the platform without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
- ContentAutoPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
- Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the service in that period
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where they cannot be excluded.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time by contacting [email protected] or through your billing portal.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
On termination, your access to the platform ceases. We will delete your account data within 90 days on request, subject to legal retention obligations.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
